• Free shipping on all Australian purchases above $100.00
• Base rate for orders less than $100 is $14.50

Delivery

Standard shipping: Within 2-9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays) for local deliveries. For all other and international, please follow tracking provided and contact us with inquiries.  

All orders are processed from Metropolitan Sydney.

Please note:

Delivery timeframes are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond VATÉA’s reasonable control which includes Covid 19 restrictions. 

VATÉA is currently unable to support time slot delivery.

VATÉA reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the Australian VATÉA website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. VATÉA accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal. Google Pay and Afterpay.

By purchasing a product online from VATÉA, you agree to pay an amount totaling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.

Refunds and Returns

Items must be returned to their original point of purchase. Regrettably we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in an VATÉA store, specialty retailer, department store or elsewhere.

Should you make an error when ordering online, VATÉA will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
